About Our Library

Library is the heart of college. It plays very vital  role in field of education. In view of teaching, learning, & research, library is expected to provide standard information resources.

The library is well equipped & having rich collection of many reference books, journals & text-books including those recommended by the university and BCI. Also journals,magzins & newspapers, periodicals are made available for open access  for the student, Alumni, staff, Judicial members, and legal Practitioners  .

Text books & reference book section is separate &periodicals section is separate. Home lending facility is available for seven days for 2(two) books are allowed & book bank for needful students.

Library is automated with Koha Library software.  AIR database is also available for online  access of Journals like Supreme Court cases, All India Reporter, AIR  Bombay high Court Reports, Criminal Law Journals etc. to students and staff.

Library Rules

  • Mobile phones inside the library are prohibited.
  • Smoking is prohibited  in the library.
  • Strict discipline must be maintained in the library. Indiscipline may lead to disciplinary action and the library privileges may be withdrawn.
  • In case the reader loses the book he/she should replace the book. In case the book cannot be replaced. The current price of the book will be paid by the borrowers 
  • Keep silence in the library.
  • I-card is compulsory.
  • The students are entitled to borrow two books at a time for the period of one week. If books are not in demand they may be renewed for one more week. Requests for renewal must be communicated on or before the due date.
  • The student has to confirm the book is not damaged before issuing otherwise at the time of return students are responsible.
  • Nobody should write anything on the library materials.
  • If any book of library materials is damaged by students, he/she has to pay the amount of the book.
  • Eatables, Cold-drinks are not permitted inside of the library.
  • Keep a calm and clean atmosphere in the library.
  • Protect the property of the library for the usage of future generations.
  • No reference materials are issued out of the library, only in the library.
